In Set Up Hackett takes delivery of a bag that he believes contains documents pertinent to a case he is working on, instead it contains 10,000 quid and waiting for him is the internal investigation department, he is immediately suspended from duty but Hackett being Hackett though he is determined to get to the bottom of what is going on, it soon becomes clear to him that it is to do with an illegal immigrant scam he was investigating.
A very strong episode which at times leave you wondering whether Hackett really is innocent, he also takes quite a bit from a group of immigrants who think he is behind the extortion racket that is making it so difficult for them to live. Difficult to watch at times with some overt racism towards the immigrants but lots of familiar facing popping up and a surprise small role for Stephen Grief as the ultimate Mr Big of the operation.
