What can we expect from this episode

Celebrating the Hollywood Sign’s 100th anniversary, the Emmy-winning and recently nominated reality competition THE AMAZING RACE kicks off its landmark 35th season at the famous landmark. Additionally, in the 90-minute season premiere of the CBS Original series THE AMAZING RACE, a former team surprises racers as judges at the first Roadblock, where one team member must cross a perilous tightrope stretched from one rooftop to another at the historic Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles before heading to their first location, Thailand.

From athletes and actors to tattoo artists, social workers and musicians – a diverse mix of teams will need to utilize their street smarts and savvy know-how to compete in the race of their lifetime.
