“Don you are very good at going from a to b, but please don’t start trying to think as well.”
In Big Deal Jen and Ted have finally bought their new house and are busy making renovation plans, including a nursery. Meanwhile David goes out for dinner with Clare Miller and gets to know her a little better. The deal for the airfield and Flair Frieght is now official, Ted takes a good look over the airfield and thinks there might be an issue with the land adjoining it (unbeknownst to Ted Merroney already has his beady little eye on it).
Merroney is starting to show his true colours in this fab episode, he rushes through the airfield deal without the rest of the board and whilst he initially is doing the deal for the overall good of Hammonds he changes his mind after getting such a hard time from the rest of the board. All very interesting, you never quite know where Merroney’s motives truly lie – well they lie with himself of course but you do feel that he also really does have Hammond’s best interests at heart!
