In What About England?, the final episode of the six part series, the focus is on Annie MacKinnon who supports the decision to try and have an open prison in Andersley, even though Brodie and Killane are both dead set against the idea.
Local landowner and Tory M.P. Simon Haselton has his own reasons for wanting the prison to go ahead.
This turned out to be the final episode of the series overall, there was a small one page feature in the weeks TV Times about the trials and tribulations of becoming an MP.
Excellent character actor Gerald Flood, who here plays Haselton, would also appear the same year in The Main Chance episode Choice of Jungles, this was another Edmund Ward series with the episode itself also scripted by Ward.
