What is this episode about

Tayo Oguntonade, Simon O’Brien, and Carys Davies go to an auction, buy a house, and give it to two total strangers with the expectation that they will turn a profit within a few months. They get to keep the extra money if there is a profit.

In Burscough, Ormskirk, property manager Shelley and electrical supervisor David have six months to turn a beautiful canal-side terrace into a family home.

After 50 years of neglect, the only functional part of the house is the downstairs bathroom, so the owners decide to gut the place and start over. But can they still make a profit on such a tight budget and with falling home prices?
