What is this episode about

Tayo Oguntonade, Simon O’Brien, and Carys Davies go to an auction and buy a house for two total strangers, then give them a set amount of money for renovations and only a few months to turn a profit. And if they turn a profit, it’s theirs to keep.

A four-bedroom Chesterfield terrace must be renovated into a contemporary family home in the span of six months by nursing student Eleanor and electrician Steve. However, the attic renovation was completed without the required permits from the local building department. Tayo Oguntonade provides a sizable budget to help things along, but tensions rise when it’s revealed that a new roof is also required.

Will the stresses of this complex renovation cause these two to fall out or will they be able to see it through to a successful conclusion?
