The Great House Giveaway: Greater Manchester – Yolande & Patrick airs Friday 2 June 2023 on BBC 4.

Yolande, a dance teacher, and Patrick, a maintenance engineer, work together in this episode to refurbish a rundown Greater Manchester home they purchased at auction. The project could be derailed, however, by plans to tear down an interior wall.

A house is purchased at auction by two strangers, who are given a set amount of money for renovations and only a few months to turn a profit. They need to put in a lot of joint effort to rescue the property. They get to keep the money if the house turns a profit.
