Chris, a carpenter, and Adam, also a carpenter, are paired up in Leicester to take on the show’s most daunting renovation yet. Tayo Oguntonade purchases a condemned home at auction for them. Will they roll up their sleeves and get to work on the renovations or just call in the bulldozers because they only have six months to get it ready for sale?

Want to buy a home but lack the funds for a down payment? All your money going towards rent? Stop right there. Two random people, with the help of Simon O’Brien and Tayo Oguntonade, buy a house at auction, and then have three months to renovate it and sell it. To save the property, they’ll need to pool their resources and efforts. If the home turns a profit, it is theirs to keep.
