In Stockport, plasterers and aspiring real estate developers Rees and Oliver are partnered to renovate a rundown terrace house. But can they calm their rising tensions in time to work out their differences?

Simon O’Brien and Tayo Oguntonade help two strangers buy a house at auction and give them a set amount of money for renovations and three months to make a profit. They need to put in a lot of joint effort to rescue the property. They get to keep the money if the house turns a profit. To put them on the path towards achieving the American dream of owning a home.
