Grilled zucchini and carrots are being prepared by “Top Chef” champion Joe Flamm. Then, Antonia Lofaso, another “Top Chef” alum, is dishing out the eggplant parm that is a staple at her LA restaurant Scopa, and Frankie Celenza, host of the Emmy Award–winning cooking show Tastemade, is dishing out his recipes for wood-fired pizza. Later, Missy Robbins will prepare an orecchiette dish in the traditional Italian style. Three dishes from Rachael’s favorite New York City restaurant, Via Carota, round out this episode.
