Three Comedies of Marriage: Feeling His Way (ITV 10 Jul 1975, Michael Bryant, Sandra Dickinson)

In the Donald Churchill scripted Feeling His Way, Nigel is more than a little put out when his mistress walks out on him. He starts to think it might be time he reconciled with his wife.

The second of the three comedies of marriage is very Donald Churchill so there is a high humour quotient. Similar in style (and substance) to The Five Pound Orange (from Red Letter Day) and his earlier play A Bit of a Lift.

Michael Bryant was a popular actor of the 1960’s and 70’s and his co-star was Sandra Dickinson who at the time was just beginning her TV career but was already notching up a number of credits, five in 1975 alone and a main role the following year in sketch comedy show What’s On Next. Geoffrey Palmer was the other well known face amongst the cast.
