In I’m The Girl He Wants To Kill American secretary Ann is divorced but now working in England for a prominent businessman. Unbeknownst to her she has become the target of a serial killer. As the bodies mount up Ann begins to suspect that someone may be out to get her. She tells her boyfriend, police inspector Mark but he is on the trail of the wrong man…
More fabulous casting (some quite unusual too, Tony Selby as the detective leading the hunt) and brilliant set design, special mention too must me made of Tony Selby’s haircut, moustache and sideburns – a wonder to behold! Interestingly in this episode we know the identity of the killer right from the very beginning with the later part of the episode falling into the victim trapped in a building with the murderer and with no way out. It’s been done countless times of course but this was probably one of the first! And as always it is incredibly tense (despite some dodgy moments at times).
