Truckers: Life On The Road “Episode 3” (BBC One Wales Friday 24 March 2023)

Truckers: Life On The Road airs a new episode tonight Friday 24 March 2023 on BBC One Wales.

“Episode 3” The newest recruit entered the training programme in an unorthodox fashion. After being given weekend driving work for the company, local radio DJ and truck fan Jagger enrolled in an extensive HGV course. Will, his heavy-vehicle driving instructor, has him practising for his upcoming Bridgend exam.

Upon hearing of the possibility, Jagger remarked, “I want to learn to drive an HGV for when my career ends in radio, and I hope that doesn’t happen for a long time, but you’ve got to wake up and smell the coffee and think it could be round the corner.”

Recently, Ian took over as CEO from his father, the company’s founder Huw. Huw, however, is not quite ready to hand over the keys to the company just yet, and he has dropped by unexpectedly to keep everyone on their toes. Together, they travel to Cardiff Bay to check on the status of the 95,000-square-foot warehouse they recently rented for storage.

Laura, a newly licenced motorist, has a busy day ahead of her. She’s going to tackle Spaghetti Junction, the most complicated intersection in all of Britain.
