Walking Britain’s Lost Railways airs a new episode tonight Friday 24 March 2023 on SBS.

“Midlands” Rob travels through the East Midlands of England in this episode, following the path of a high-speed train that formerly ripped through the region’s populated areas. The Great Central Railway was the last major line to be constructed in Britain before the Channel Tunnel Rail Link was constructed more than a century later.
