Wedding Season: Movie Premiere airs Saturday June 3, 2023 on Hallmark.

Stephanie Bennett (“Christmas Class Reunion,” “The Nine Kittens of Christmas”) and Casey Deidrick (“In the Dark,” “A Very Merry Bridesmaid”) star in “Wedding Season,” a new, original movie premiering Saturday, June 3 (8 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel as part of the network’s June Weddings programming event.

Reporter Trish Peterson (Bennett) is in the middle of a hectic wedding season, serving as a bridesmaid for three of her closest friends from childhood. Ryan (Deidrick), the brother of her best friend Sean (“Inventing the Christmas Prince”), is a photographer, and they end up going on the date together when her original date bails at the last minute. Since Ryan and Trish know each other from the past, they take turns being each other’s plus one. Once reunited, the feelings they had for each other in high school begin to surface. While researching the effects of weddings on friendships for a magazine article, Trish gets advice from three different couples who have been there for her through thick and thin. When things seem to be going smoothly, Ryan is presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that could force him to spend time apart from Trish again, and at least one partner in the couple begins to have second thoughts about their commitment to the relationship. With their lives on the line and their emotions running high, the friends take stock of their values and decide to risk it all for love.
