Who’s on Late Late Show Tonight Friday 16 September on RTE One; Oscar Winner Brenda Fricker will speak with Ryan about her work on her memoir, the television show Holding, and how her dog Juno is challenging her.

Actress Fiona O’Carroll from Mrs. Brown’s Boys and Pamela Uba, a former Miss Ireland, will discuss why they decided to participate in this year’s Ultimate Hell Week: The Professionals despite their fears. Ryan will play against the Irish Rugby Sevens team, who made history last weekend when they defeated Australia to win bronze at the World Cup in Cape Town. This is rugby for the Tik-Tok generation.

Una Leonard, a well-known baker and the proprietor of 2210 Patisserie, will tell Ryan about how, after hitting rock bottom, finding a passion for baking saved her life and helped her start a hugely successful business that eventually led to a book deal.

The Irish Civil War in Colour, a new book by historian Michael B. Barry and photographer John O’Byrne. Michael and John showcase a series of colourised images from the new book in order to depict the complicated conflict known as The Irish Civil War.
