Within These Walls: Invasion of Privacy (ITV 18 Dec 1976, with Gillian Bailey)
In Invasion of Privacy Georgina Weeks has found herself back in Stone Park. Despite the fact that she sees Stone Park as something of a home from home her new cell mate has other ideas and begins bullying her in a none too pleasant fashion.
Meanwhile Helen’s sister arrives to stay for a few days and quickly antagonises everyone she meets. It’s clear that something is going on in her personal life but she is not exactly forthcoming. Helen has a problem with young inmate Valerie Kirk who develops an unhealthy fixation on her, even going so far as to dye her hair and style it the same as Helen’s. When Valerie thinks she is being ignored by Helen she attempts suicide.
Young Helen is played by Gillian Bailey who was best known for a semi-regular role in Follyfoot. Poor old Georgina Weeks, who has been a semi-regular in the series since the beginning, gets quite the hard time here, at least until Mrs Armitage finds out what is going on and comes to her rescue.
