They’ll Love Me When I’m Dead (Netflix 2018, Orson Welles, Peter Bogdanovich)

A documentary companion to the Orson Welles lost movie The Other Side of the Wind. The movie, filmed throughout the first half of the seventies, was never finished and remained a long lost but sought after piece of Welles material. Director Peter Bogdanovich (who also co-starred in the movie) the producers Frank Marshall and Filip Jan Rymsza, and the editor Bob Murawski spent much of 2016 through to 2018 sifting through all available footage to create a cohesive end product. It premiered on Netflix on 2 November 2018.
