Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, the dynamic duo of HGTV’s “100 Day Dream Home,” face their biggest challenge yet in this week’s episode, “Anything for Family.” Building a dream home in 100 days is hard enough, but try building two at the same time, on the same lot. As if that weren’t enough, they’ve also agreed to tackle a condo renovation for Brian’s cousin. Three projects, three sets of deadlines, and one very busy husband-and-wife team. This episode looks like a true test of their resourcefulness and ability to keep their cool under pressure.
The clients, a pair of sisters, need two homes built side-by-side to accommodate their growing families. With Mika acting as realtor to find the perfect lot and Brian serving as developer to manage the construction, the Kleinschmidts bring their unique approach to this ambitious undertaking.
