HGTV’s “100 Day Dream Home” returns this Tuesday, and this time, the dream involves hay, horseshoes, and plenty of open space. In “Home on the Range,” airing at 8:00 PM ET, Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt face the challenge of building a perfect equestrian paradise in – you guessed it – just 100 days.
The Kleinschmidts take their talents to an equestrian community, where a family of four (plus two horses) longs for a home that accommodates both their human and equine companions. The existing space just isn’t cutting it, and they’re looking for something with room to roam, both inside and out.
But as any seasoned builder knows, things rarely go according to plan. The lot presents some unique challenges, testing Brian and Mika’s skills and resourcefulness. Will they manage to deliver the dream home on time and on budget, or will this project throw them for a loop? With Mika’s real estate savvy and Brian’s development expertise, this husband-and-wife team has a proven track record of transforming houses from blueprints to reality in record time.
