The 2nd Annual People’s Choice Country Awards Thursday Sept. 26 on NBC

The People’s Choice Country Awards returns to NBC for its second annual celebration of country music, entirely decided by fans. Airing live from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, the awards show will be a night of unforgettable performances and surprises.

Hosted by the legendary Shania Twain, the evening will kick off with a spectacular opening moment from the host herself, followed by an impressive lineup of country music’s brightest stars. Country Icon Miranda Lambert, Country Champion Kane Brown, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Lady A, Parker McCollum, and The War and Treaty are all set to grace the stage.

Adding to the excitement, the show will feature dynamic collaborations, heartfelt tributes to country legends, and unexpected surprises. Award-winning musician Kane Brown will be honored with the Country Champion Award, recognizing his exceptional contributions to country music.

Presenting awards throughout the night is a diverse group of country stars and celebrities, including Ashley Cooke, Bailey Zimmerman, Chase Rice, Cody Rhodes, Dasha, Orville Peck, Priscilla Block, Scotty McCreery, Shaboozey, Tanner Adell, wrestler Cody Rhodes, “TODAY” host Dylan Dreyer, and actor/comedian Matt Rife.

There is also a pre-show event, “Live From E!: People’s Choice Country Awards,” starting at 6:00 p.m. ET/PT on E!, and the “People’s Choice Country Awards Pre-Show” airing live at 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT across various platforms.
