Relationship retreats rarely go as planned. Add a camera crew and the volatile personalities of the 90 Day universe, and you’ve got a recipe for disaster. Or, at least, a highly watchable train wreck. In the next episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort, titled “Last Blow,” the couples’ desert getaway turns into a pressure cooker of accusations, tears, and enough drama to fill a whole season of regular 90 Day Fiancé.

As the couples inch closer to the end of their stay at the last resort, the impending decision about their relationships looms large. The therapy sessions, designed to help, seem to be pushing everyone to their breaking point. One couple facing a particularly rough patch is Sophie and Rob. Their relationship hits a major snag when the issue of alleged cheating comes to light, leading to a heated confrontation. Whether this is a simple misunderstanding or a dealbreaker, the whole issue is something only they can answer.

Julia and Brandon, meanwhile, are still dealing with the fallout from Julia’s revelation. Their efforts to reconnect are clearly strained, raising doubts about whether this retreat can actually repair the damage. Another couple heading for a potential explosion is Natalie and Josh. Natalie confronts Josh about his behavior, bringing up past incidents of body shaming. This brings up whether Josh’s words were merely insensitive or reflective of a deeper incompatibility.

Finally, Ari finds herself at the center of a maelstrom. The intensity of the retreat and the constant conflict between the couples push her to the brink, resulting in what the trailer hints will be a meltdown of epic proportions. If the previous episodes are anything to go by, “Last Blow” isn’t likely to offer much in the way of actual therapy, it will at the very least offer plenty of explosive moments, proving once again that love, or at least 90 Day love, isn’t always a walk in the park—especially when that park is in the middle of the desert.
