999: On the Front Line: Episode 2 (More4, Sunday, May 11, 2025)

999: On The Front Line

The raw, unscripted drama of “999: On the Front Line” returns to More4 this Sunday, taking another look at the challenging work of paramedics in the West Midlands. Filmed in real-time alongside ambulance crews, the series captures the split-second decisions and life-or-death situations these first responders face daily.

This week’s episode features a man experiencing severe diabetic hypoglycemia who has fallen down a flight of stairs. The paramedics must work quickly and effectively with the fire service, who are called to assist in gaining access to the patient through an upstairs window. Elsewhere, a woman struggles to breathe, her dangerously low oxygen levels raising concerns about her condition.
