One of the most challenging incidents involves a track-side suicide, a tragic and distressing experience even for the most seasoned paramedics.
The episode also features familiar faces from previous seasons, showcasing the dedication and resilience of these first responders as they navigate through a high volume of calls, with approximately 4000 received by the service each day.
