Principal Ava Coleman finds herself in hot water again, and it’s up to the dedicated teachers of Abbott Elementary to try and save her job. In “Rally,” airing this Wednesday, the Abbott staff heads downtown to plead their case at the school district, showing their support for their eccentric, if occasionally clueless, leader.
With Ava temporarily out of the picture, Gregory steps up as interim principal. It’s a chance for him to demonstrate his leadership skills, though whether he can handle the chaos of Abbott Elementary remains to be seen. Meanwhile, Janine undoubtedly plays a central role in organizing the rally, because who else would take charge with such unbridled enthusiasm?
