ABC News is dedicating extensive resources to covering the 2024 US presidential election, offering special programming across multiple platforms, including ABC, ABC News Live, Hulu, and ABC Audio.

On Thursday, June 27, beginning at 7:00 p.m. EDT, ABC News Live will present a special edition of “Prime with Linsey Davis,” providing in-depth analysis and context ahead of the much-anticipated CNN Presidential Debate. At 8:00 p.m. EDT, David Muir, anchor and managing editor of “World News Tonight,” will lead the network’s coverage, “Battle for the White House,” joined by ABC News’ powerhouse political team. This includes well-known names such as Linsey Davis, Mary Bruce, Martha Raddatz, and Pierre Thomas.

The CNN Presidential Debate will be simulcast on ABC and ABC News Live at 9:00 p.m. EDT, followed by immediate post-debate analysis. Muir and Davis will continue to provide live coverage with another special edition of “Prime” at 11:00 p.m. EDT.

Earlier in the day, ABC News Live will feature day-long coverage, with White House correspondent MaryAlice Parks and deputy political director Averi Harper providing updates and insights. ABC News Digital and 538 will also offer comprehensive digital coverage, including a live blog with real-time analysis.

For listeners, ABC Audio will provide live pre-and-post-debate coverage, anchored by ABC News Radio’s Alex Stone, joined by a team of reporters and experts. “Start Here,” ABC Audio’s flagship daily news podcast, will feature ABC News’ political team for in-depth discussions on Thursday and Friday mornings.

The network will also produce the second 2024 election presidential debate on Tuesday, September 10, on ABC, ABC News Live, and Hulu, with Muir and Davis serving as co-moderators.
