In the second episode of Ainsley’s National Trust Cook-Off, chefs Georgina and Joseph join Ainsley Harriott in the picturesque kitchen garden of Blicking Hall in Norfolk for a light-hearted culinary contest.
This episode takes place at the stunning Blickling Estate in Norfolk, one of the series’ three featured National Trust locations renowned for their lush kitchen and walled gardens. Ainsley, along with his guest chef friends, embraces the joy of outdoor cooking, creating delicious dishes amidst the natural beauty of these historic estates.
Georgina and Joseph will put their culinary skills to the test as they accept Ainsley’s challenge to craft recipes using the fresh produce available in the garden. They will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity and talent while also celebrating the diversity and freshness of British ingredients, carefully cultivated by the dedicated team of staff and volunteers at the Trust.
In addition to the cooking competition, Ainsley takes the time to connect with the people who dedicate their time and effort to maintaining these magnificent gardens and estates.
