In Alex vs Lobster, hosted by chef Eric Adjepong, we’ll see a trio of talented chefs go claw-to-claw with Alex Guarnaschelli , each bringing their unique expertise and endless hours of practice to the table.
The challenge begins with Alex and the competitors learning the theme of the battle, and a strategic twist allows the chefs to collaborate on selecting variables for their dishes and deciding how much time they’ll have to cook.
The pressure intensifies as each chef races against the clock to create their lobster-centric dishes, aiming to impress with their unique interpretations and techniques.
The finished plates will undergo a blind tasting, where only the top three chefs will advance to the next round. Will Alex reign supreme once again, or will one of the challengers dethrone the revered chef?
With only the best plates advancing, the competition is fierce, and the least successful chef, even if it’s Alex herself, will be sent home. It all comes down to the flavors, textures, and presentation on the plate. Will the culinary specialists be able to outcook and outshine Alex, or will Alex’s winning streak continue?
