The heat is on in the kitchen as Alex Guarnaschelli takes on a new group of culinary superstars in the latest episode of Alex vs America. This time, chefs from California, Texas, and New York are trying their hand at Mediterranean specialties. With host Eric Adjepong setting the stage, the competition is set to sizzle.
The battle begins with the chefs learning the challenge: to create Mediterranean specialties that will impress the judges, Gabriele Bertaccini and Einat Admony. Working collaboratively, they decide on variables for their dishes and set a time limit for themselves and Alex to cook within.
