Alicia Silverstone Digs Up Dark Family Secrets in Acorn TV’s ‘Irish Blood’

Irish Blood Trailer Key Art

Acorn TV has set Monday, August 11, 2025, for the premiere of Irish Blood, a new six-part mystery led by Alicia Silverstone, who also executive produces.

The series follows Fiona (Silverstone), a woman who spent her life blaming her estranged father Declan (played by Jason O’Mara) for abandoning her and her mother when she was ten. But when Fiona receives a cryptic message, she’s pulled back to Ireland and into a web of lies that upend everything she believed. The trip reveals not just a hidden family but a buried criminal past—and the truth behind the story she was told as a child.
