The quest for the next singing sensation continues this Sunday on ABC’s “American Idol.” The judges – Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Katy Perry – along with host Ryan Seacrest, pack their bags and head to New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville in “Auditions 3.”
As always, the auditions bring a mix of raw talent, unexpected surprises, and the occasional train wreck. Will we see the next Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood emerge from these cities? Or will it be another round of memorable-for-all-the-wrong-reasons auditions that keep us talking (and cringing) for weeks to come?
