Apple TV+ has dropped the trailer for its new psychological thriller, “Before,” featuring award-winning actor and comedian Billy Crystal as both star and executive producer.
The limited series will consist of ten episodes, with the first two episodes set to premiere globally on Friday, October 25. Following the initial release, new episodes will be available every Friday until December 20.
The series features Emmy® and Tony® Award winner Judith Light, Jacobi Jupe, Emmy® Award nominee Rosie Perez, Tony® Award nominee Maria Dizzia, and Ava Lalezarzadeh. Crystal portrays Eli, a child psychiatrist who grapples with the recent loss of his wife, Lynn (played by Light). His life takes a turn when he encounters Noah (Jupe), a troubled young boy with a mysterious connection to Eli’s past.
As Eli works to help Noah, their connection intensifies, setting the stage for a gripping narrative filled with psychological tension and intrigue. The character-driven story aims to explore themes of loss, trauma, and the bonds that can emerge in unexpected circumstances.
