Between hosting gigs on Love Island and the ever-churning drama of Vanderpump Rules, Ariana Madix is adding another line to her already impressive resume: guest star on ABC’s crime drama Will Trent. Madix will be playing herself in the upcoming third season, slated for a 2025 release on ABC and Hulu.
Her character finds herself juggling work commitments in Atlanta with a personal mission: staging an intervention for a friend. To ensure the intervention goes smoothly, she enlists the help of Detective Ormewood, played by Jake McLaughlin.
This isn’t Madix’s first foray into acting. Her previous credits include roles in Buying Back My Daughter, The Other Two, Anger Management, and Dads. She even recently made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in the long-running musical Chicago.
Now, Madix is stepping into the world of crime drama, joining a cast that includes Ramón Rodríguez as the titular Will Trent, Erika Christensen, Iantha Richardson, Sonja Sohn, and Gina Rodriguez.
