On Ask This Old House this week, they’re tackling the truly pressing issues of our time: broken trash can pull-outs and overgrown arborvitae.
Yes, you read that correctly. Apparently, someone out there has a double trash can pull-out that’s gone rogue, and the Ask This Old House team is on the case. They’ll also be explaining the phasing out of incandescent and fluorescent lights, just in case you’ve been living under a rock – or, you know, just haven’t been to a hardware store lately.
Finally, for those of you battling aggressive shrubbery, the team will demonstrate how to remove overgrown arborvitae. I suspect chainsaws will be involved. All in all, it sounds like a thrilling evening of practical home improvement tips.
