The wild antics of Aussie Shore are set to make a splash once again! Paramount+ has officially greenlit a second season of the reality show, confirming that the party will continue in Cairns, North Queensland. Production is slated to begin soon, with the show expected to hit screens sometime in 2025.
The first season crowned itself the number one reality show on Paramount+ Australia. Viewers were seemingly hooked on the escapades of eleven “unapologetically wild” singles as they navigated the highs and lows of communal living.
The format seems to be holding true to the classic Shore formula. Cairns, with it’s backdrop where the Great Barrier Reef meets the Daintree Rainforest, provides a stunning, if somewhat incongruous, setting for the drama. Described as a “backpacker paradise,” Cairns seems to be less a location and more another character.
One burning question remains: will the formidable Charlotte Crosby return to oversee the mayhem? Paramount+ is keeping tight-lipped, leaving fans to speculate about the potential return of the “house boss.”
The call has gone out for new participants, with Paramount+ promising another “unforgettable, unfiltered, and cheeky summer.” Prepare for another season of sun, sand, and almost certainly a significant amount of drama.
