Lifetime Movie Network presents more domestic suspense with “The Baby My Husband Lied About,” premiering this Friday. The film follows Jen, who, after years of trying, is finally pregnant. A visit to her husband Spencer’s family should be a joyful occasion, but it quickly turns into a nightmare when a relative dies suddenly.
Jen’s happy anticipation shifts to suspicion when she overhears Spencer lying to the police about his location on the night of the death. As if that weren’t enough, a shocking discovery rocks her world: the baby she’s carrying isn’t biologically Spencer’s. The quest to find the real father leads Jen down a rabbit hole of secrets and lies.
The plot thickens when Jen learns the deceased was trying to reach her with a crucial message. It turns out he was the sperm donor. Suddenly, Spencer’s lies take on a new, more menacing meaning. Is he involved in the murder? And is Jen also in danger?
