Channel 4’s “Bad Dog Academy” returns Thursday with more challenging canine cases. Trainers work with owners to resolve a variety of behavioral issues.
Kristie and Kirsten, a mother and daughter, seek help for their six boisterous basset hounds. Trainer Jo uses a whistle and “magic words” to address the excessive barking. Barber Josh seeks help for Ace, his French bulldog, whose separation anxiety is the worst trainers Kamal and Sean have seen. Charlotte seeks help with Dixie, her lunging Dobermann. Her parents have given her an ultimatum: fix Dixie’s behavior or find her a new home.
“Bad Dog Academy” combines entertainment with practical advice for improving dog behavior and strengthening the human-animal bond. It airs Thursday, May 8th at 8:00 PM on Channel 4.
