This Sunday on “Bar Rescue,” Jon Taffer isn’t the one slinging tough love and bar wisdom. Instead, Chef Jason Santos steps in to try and save a failing establishment from imminent disaster. In “Pete’s Ruined Tavern,” the team heads to Chesterfield, Minnesota, to confront a situation where the biggest threat to the business isn’t the competition, but the owner himself.
Pete’s drinking habit has pushed his bar to the brink, leaving his children scrambling to keep things afloat. They’ve called in “Bar Rescue” as a last resort, hoping Santos can not only revitalize their business but also help their father confront his self-destructive behavior.
