In the season 4 premiere of Bargain Block, Shea scouts Keith and Evan’s latest project: two identical crumbling houses next door to each other, each priced at only $6,500.
Keith and Evan aim to add value to the charming property, known as the Fairytale House, which features an arched front door and delightful gingerbread details.
The duo plans to build a large primary suite, install a bold red marble kitchen countertop, and create a custom gold patterned wall in the guest bathroom.
