This Friday’s episode of Bargain Hunt sees the BBC stalwart soaring to new heights with an aeronautical special from Nottinghamshire.
The teams – Mel and Jodie (red) and Anne and Olivia (blue) – will be hitting the Newark Showground in search of hidden treasures. Expert Izzie Balmer, as always, is there to steer them in the right direction (or at least offer her honest opinion whether they’re heading for a triumph or a crash landing). Meanwhile, expert Danny Sebastian will be exploring a local college that has taken upcycling to a whole new level, transforming a decommissioned passenger jet into an aviation classroom.
After the hunt, auctioneer Hettie Jago takes center stage in Nottingham, wielding the gavel as the teams discover whether their finds will fly high or fall flat. Tune in to BBC One at 12:15 PM GMT on Friday, 23 May for all the airborne action.
