In Monday’s episode of Bargain Loving Brits, we join 50-year-old Welsh singer Laura Elen, who is in the honeymoon phase of her relationship with her new boyfriend, Chef Rob. To impress him and share his enthusiasm for adrenaline-fuelled activities, Laura Elen has planned a zip wire ride. However, will her bravery falter when she confronts the daunting height of the wire?
The episode also features Ian Harvey, a Marbella-based individual who has returned to his passion for taking clients on tapas tours after the passing of his partner. Ian guides his guests through a variety of eateries and flavours in Marbella’s beautiful old town, but will some picky Brits find his tapas recommendations too “exotic” for their palates?
Finally, we meet Jean and her husband, Dave, who are eager to expand the ranks of the one and only Spanish Morris dance troupe.
They seize the opportunity to recruit new members at an annual craft fair, but Squire Jean’s concerns grow when the dress rehearsal doesn’t go as planned.
Despite her long history with the troupe, dating back to 1986, Jean feels a twinge of disappointment when she loses her step during the main performance.
