Channel 5’s “Bargain-Loving Brits in the Sun” returns this Friday with another look at Britons abroad, making the most of their sunny lifestyles – all while keeping an eye on the budget.
This episode finds us on the Costa Del Sol with Kenny and Sue. Having recently battled cancer, Sue is determined to tick off some long-held dreams on her bucket list. But first, she has to ready her second apartment to put on the market to finance those adventures.
Meanwhile, over in Benidorm, former publican Paula, now a cook, is aiming for roast dinner glory. She’s already got a reputation for her superb Sunday roasts, but she’s got her sights set on a new personal best: serving over 100 dinners in a single sitting. Somewhere, Gordon Ramsay is either taking notes or sharpening his knives.
And then there’s Inez, a devoted dog lover who’s planning a birthday celebration for her furry friend. On the menu: a cake with a rather unusual ingredient – chicken feet. It’s certainly one way to stand out from the crowd.
