Two Weeks in August centers on adult relationships and long-held secrets simmering beneath the surface. The narrative kicks off when an “illicit kiss” disrupts the seemingly idyllic vacation, setting off a chain reaction of revelations and conflicts. As tensions rise and the group finds themselves potentially trapped on the island, the dream holiday transforms into a psychological pressure cooker, forcing the characters to confront uncomfortable truths and ultimately turn on one another. The series is set to premiere on BBC One and be available on BBC iPlayer.
