BBC Children In Need Reveal Doctor Who Special Scene

Doctor Who Children in Need

Doctor Who will feature an exclusive scene during this year’s BBC Children in Need broadcast. The scene will star David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor and introduce a new character played by Mawaan Rizwan. The scene, written by Doctor Who Showrunner Russell T Davies, will uncover an age-old mystery involving one of the Doctor’s oldest foes. The exclusive scene is made specifically for BBC Children in Need and will be followed by three special episodes set to coincide with the show’s 60th anniversary in November.

Viewers of BBC Children in Need will also get a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the scene through the companion series Doctor Who: Unleashed. The broadcast will include an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip.
