Hosted by Roman Kemp and assisted by Sarah Greene, the show will see contestants battle through qualifiers and head-to-head races in order to reach the finish line before their rivals. The aim of the game is to test the contestants’ knowledge and reward speed.

Roman Kemp says: “The first series was so much fun; I had such a laugh filming, and we had some great contestants. There were some shocking answers, but that’s what happens when your adrenaline is pumping and you’re under a time pressure. I’m so excited to be hosting again and returning to Northern Ireland.”

Sarah Greene added: “Making the first series of The Finish Line was like being part of a big warm family, where we felt involved in a fantastic idea and format. Best of all? As soon as The Finish Line went to air, our viewers joined us in their droves.”

“The Finish Line” is commissioned for BBC One and BBC iPlayer by Rob Unsworth, Head of BBC Daytime and Early Peak. The series is produced by Potato, in partnership with Nice One Productions, and is funded by Northern Ireland Screen. The executive producers of the show are Michael Kelpie, Adam Adler, and Chris Jones.
