The series premiere of BBQ High on Magnolia Network is kicking off with a double bill of episodes this Sunday afternoon. The first episode, titled “The BBQ Season Begins,” at 1:00pm, follows Marc, who, after a disappointing performance at State, dedicates himself to perfecting his rib recipe. Meanwhile, rib champion Zane encounters setbacks that jeopardize his chances of victory.
In the second episode, “Turning Up the Heat,” airing at 2:00pm, the competition heats up as Marc and Zane go head-to-head, battling it out for the top prize in ribs and the coveted spot at the BBQ State Championship. At the same time, Emery, a student from a small town, knows her future depends on mastering the art of chicken skin perfection to win those all-important scholarships.
