Beastly Attacks as Crackle Celebrates National Wildlife Week with Free Movies

Grizzly Rage

April sees a slew of creature features added to Crackle’s line-up, just in time for National Wildlife Week. Prepare for a furry frenzy as enraged animals run riot on screen!

Kicking off the month is Grizzly Rage, a film about a group of friends who become the target of a vengeful grizzly bear. The bear’s fury sends the group running for their lives through the woods in a bid for survival. Grizzly Rage is a tense, natural horror film that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

If bears aren’t your worst nightmare, maybe Croc will keep you up at night. This film follows a similar formula to Grizzly Rage, but substitutes a killer crocodile for a deadly grizzly. A beach resort in Thailand becomes the hunting ground for a massive croc, leaving a chunk of flesh missing from its victims. Croc is a nail-biting horror film that will have you thinking twice about your next swim in the ocean.

Vipers

The fun continues with Vipers, a film about a break-in at a research lab that leads to the escape of a bunch of genetically modified vipers. With a rapid reproduction rate, the snakes soon outnumber the locals—who have to make a run for it!

For more insect-based horrors, tune into Insect, a delicious and goopy film about a massive killer bug wreaking havoc. Those with an entomophobia might want to give this one a miss!

In need of some arachnid action? In the Spider’s Web sees a group of hikers encounter a deadly spider cult in the Indian jungle. With a plot involving venomous rituals, this film will give you goosebumps!

April also sees the release of Crocodile, a film about a group of friends whose joyful boat trip turns into a bloodbath, courtesy of a giant killer crocodile. Based on the 2007 film Maneater, this thriller will have you on the edge of your seat.

With a similar plotline, Blood Monkey follows a group of American students who encounter a remote tribe of killer chimpanzees in Africa. As the body count rises, it’s a race against time to stop the carnage!

Staying in Africa, Maneater focuses on a six-hundred-pound Bengal tiger that starts picking off victims in the Appalachian Mountains. Sheriff Grady Barnes is faced with a bloodthirsty mystery that leads him deep into the woods.

For fans of the bizarre, The Giant Leeches might fit the bill. This film follows a group of unfortunate souls who fall victim to some hungry leeches. Based on the trailer, these monsters are not the most convincing of creatures, but the film is sure to provide some laughs—or screams!

Eye of the Beast

Also on the agenda is Eye of the Beast, a film about a giant squid on the loose. Government scientist Dan Leland is called to investigate sightings of the monster squid, which has put a whole town on edge.

With these thrilling titles to explore, Crackle offers a wild adventure through the animal kingdom’s dark side. From bears to bloodthirsty monkeys, these creature features will keep viewers on the edge of their seats this National Wildlife Week.

Don’t miss these animal attacks, coming to Crackle this April!
