Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay” returns this Thursday with a distinctly Italian flavor. “Ciao, Bella!” sees chefs Preston Paine and Corey Becker, alumni of the network’s “Ciao House,” go head-to-head in a culinary battle where only one can emerge victorious.
But before the winner gets a shot at Flay, they’ll have to impress a judge who knows a thing or two about Italian cuisine: Scott Conant. Adding a dash of Hollywood to the mix, actress Madison Bailey joins Conant to offer support and, presumably, some colorful commentary.
While Flay’s reputation precedes him, the Ciao House pair won’t go down without a fight. They’re familiar with the pressures of a cooking competition and ready to face off against the master. Who will emerge victorious from the initial pasta-bilities, and who will wilt under the Tuscan sun (or, you know, studio lights)?
