Seven’s “Better Homes & Gardens” returns this Friday with its usual mix of lifestyle segments. This week’s episode features a masterclass in croissant-making, a deep dive into the world of cacti, and even a troubled Bernese Mountain Dog in need of some behavioral adjustments.
Johanna kicks things off by meeting Kate Reid, the founder of Lune Croissanterie, to uncover the techniques behind her renowned pastries. Meanwhile, back in the “Better Homes & Gardens” test kitchen, Colin prepares a Pork Belly Banh Mi, complete with homemade pâté. For those whose tastes lean more toward the prickly, Charlie visits George Moujalli’s extensive cacti collection, discovering the surprisingly varied world of succulents – and the thriving business that has grown alongside Moujalli’s passion.
But it’s not all food and flora. Adam takes a trip to a riverside cabin to test a portable power station (always handy) and to demonstrate how to repair water-damaged stairs. And for the artistically inclined, Juliet presents a clever DIY project transforming children’s artwork into eye-catching 3D butterfly collages.
