ITV Confirms Big Brother Start Date – Returns Sunday 8th October
The new season of Big Brother, hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best (and produced by Initial, a division of Banijay UK), will premiere on Sunday, October 8 at 9 p.m. on ITV.
Big Brother: The Launch will air on ITV1, ITV2, and ITVX in a multi-channel and streaming takeover to mark the return of the ultimate social experiment and the television event of the year. The remaining episodes of the series will air every night (except Saturdays) at 9 p.m. on ITV2 and ITVX.
In Big Brother: The Launch, an all-new group of diverse housemates will make history as the first to move into the redesigned Big Brother mansion in front of a live studio audience.
The iconic Big Brother house has been given a fresh new look in preparation for this reboot, and it will serve as the setting for all the action, including the return of challenging new tasks, intense nominations, and dramatic live evictions. The viewers’ votes throughout the season will ultimately decide who takes home a life-altering cash prize, so their participation is more important than ever.
Every night after Big Brother, viewers will get an extra hour of special Big Brother content with Big Brother: Late & Live, a brand-new commission hosted live by AJ Odudu and Will Best from the Big Brother house in front of a studio audience. Evictees’ first live interviews, along with other never-before-seen extras like camera runs, celebrity guest commentary and debate, and weekly nomination results, can only be seen on Big Brother: Late & Live.
After Big Brother: Late & Live, fans will be able to tune in to the return of the classic Big Brother: Live Stream, which will air seven nights a week exclusively on ITVX.
